the car looks great... but hey, what a picture of Jack.... thats one for framing ! gotta love that Jack.... I've been wanting to go that route myself, and after the next cruise or two, I might just do it. Brings the cat into a new 'retro' dimension,,where it belongs - subtle/classic. ******************************************************* EDIT time: Chromer, that picture,,,,taken at a Shell station??? WTH,,,,,,I'm emailing it over to upper management at Conoco-Phillips for further consideration on your next promotion This message has been edited by ALLEY CAT on 10-16-2005 at 01:57 PM First - When making a turn and driving over a puddle or sewer drain in an intersection while your top is down make sure you do not go over 5 miles an hour. The water will spray right into the cockpit and across your face (so far I have had 3 mouth fulls of nasty sewer water). Second - Do not drive on dirt roads, behind trucks full of rocks, and any loss gravel. It does hurt if you turn at a high speeds and gravel is shot at your face plus its not good for your nice paint job. Third - Do not drive in the rain. I just got caught in the rain and its real hard to see while you turn because of the spray from the tires and cars near you get mad at you because you end up spraying everybody near you. I know that the 3 reasons listed above maybe common since but after a while you start forgetting that the fenders are off. So keep it safe and enjoy the new look for a while. I would also like some street slicks on some separate rims, for hot sunny days. ------------------ OPEN WHEEL IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. ------------------Chromer halicat Chromer !.... IM IN XTC ok cromer now don't think that you can take off the front wheels to ok.
Better watch out for stones and rocks... you are definitely at the back door now dude

PS. I like it very high boyALLEY CAT Awesome Chromer!! CJ I don't know about the fenders, but I sure do like JWD!! callryan Chromer - I really like the look with the fenders off. I have had mine off for about 7,000 miles now and would like to share with you a few things I learned the hard way about driving with the fenders off. garysss Looks cool but I think I like them on. Dave Mills I like the "no-fender" look on some hot rods....not sure about the kat, but it doesn't look bad. condor You will get lots of chips , not only along your rear fenders... But it looks cool butchcee Looks OK--would like to see with some skinnier wheels and tires. I bought some extra rims wanting to get them narrowed, but never got around to it. Thunder I would like to be able to take them on and off easily. catfish had mine off for about 2 weeks, put them back on.watch out for those rock chips. RADCAT RICH Always loved the open look, thats why alot of us take off the F -bumpers. The only reason that keeps me from taking mine off, is the flying debris.
But if you were down here, i would say ....to the REAR MarchWAYNEW KlasKat I think I like it better with the fenders on, maybe try painting them yellow!!!!! HAHA Tytanium-K Sho' do make front mud guards hard to attach tho', eh? mike82 looks great.i've been thinkin' about doing this also.
